Tim Murray

Tim Murray is a senior executive with extensive international experience across the critical minerals, mining and financial services sectors. He is currently involved in the development of major U.S. critical minerals projects through Anson Resources Limited and its U.S. subsidiary A1 Lithium, which is advancing lithium development projects in Utah focused on supplying battery-grade lithium carbonate to the North American battery supply chain.

Prior to Anson, Tim founded and managed a U.S.-regulated financial services and research company specialising in lithium, battery materials and mining sector analysis. Through this work, he developed deep expertise in global lithium markets, direct lithium extraction (DLE) technologies, lithium processing and evolving supply chain trends driving the energy transition.

Tim has extensive experience in corporate strategy, operational leadership, project development and international commercial negotiations, with a strong focus on cross-border business partnerships and critical minerals investment. He has lived and worked extensively throughout Asia and the United States and is fluent in Mandarin.
