Sarah Clarke

Sarah Clarke is Acting Chief Executive Officer of Andromeda Metals, with more than 20 years’ experience across the Australian resources sector. She has held leadership responsibility across corporate leadership, commercial execution, governance, capital markets and stakeholder management, working closely with boards, investors, governments and downstream customers. In her current role, Sarah is leading the company through critical phases of project development, overseeing commercial positioning, offtake engagement and the securing of development capital, with a focus on building long‑term, investable minerals projects aligned with global downstream demand.
