Phoebe Whattoff

Phoebe Whattoff is a strategic leader and advocate for sustainability, gender equity, and the future of responsible resource development. Based in Perth, she serves as Chair of WISER WA and a member of the WISER Executive Committee, where she helps shape the direction of Women in Sustainable Energy & Resources at both a state and national level.

With a foundation in geology, Phoebe leads Minviro's commercial and business operations across the APAC region, driving the company's growth strategy and advancing sustainability, innovation, and responsible sourcing across the mining industry and its downstream value chains. Her expertise spans strategic planning, business development, technical delivery, and stakeholder engagement — with a track record of building high-performing, value-driven teams and cultures of continuous improvement.

Phoebe is known for her collaborative yet decisive leadership style and her ability to guide organisations through the evolving landscape of sustainable mining. She is deeply committed to developing the next generation of leaders in the resources and energy sector and champions diversity as a driver of better business outcomes.

In 2022, Phoebe was recognised as one of the Top 25 ESG Consultants and remains an active contributor to Women in Mining and the Association of Mining and Exploration Companies (AMEC).
