Monique Stevens

Monique Stevens brings more than 20 years’ experience across mining (gold, lithium, vanadium), oil and gas, construction, and finance. Appointed Company Secretary and Business Operations Manager of Richmond Vanadium Technology (ASX: RVT), she is responsible for governance, compliance, and operational execution across the business.

Monique plays a central role in aligning governance discipline with commercial strategy as RVT advances the Richmond–Julia Creek Vanadium Project in Queensland—one of the world’s largest known vanadium deposits.

She is closely involved in the Company’s downstream strategy, working with global partners, including RKP International, to demonstrate the commercial viability of vanadium flow batteries for long-duration energy storage and to position RVT within Australia’s critical minerals and energy transition agenda.

Her experience spans capital structuring, disclosure, and execution risk management, with a strong focus on the delivery gap between policy ambition and project execution. She brings a practical perspective on supply chain development, investment discipline, and the workforce capability required to move Australia’s critical minerals sector from narrative to implementation.

Monique holds a Commerce degree in Marketing and Economics and a Certificate in Governance Practice, bringing strong financial insight, regulatory acuity, and operational discipline to complex resource developments.
