Women in Sustainable Energy & Resources (WISER) is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and advocating for women working at the forefront of sustainable energy, natural resources, and related industries. Founded in Queensland and now a national organisation with approximately 500 members across Australia, WISER has active subcommittees in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns, and Townsville - bringing women together at a local level while building a powerful national community.

With a mission to elevate women's visibility and leadership in these transformative industries, WISER connects professionals at every career stage, from graduates to senior leaders, creating a space to network, upskill, celebrate achievements, and drive meaningful change across the sector. Through events, partnerships, and cross-industry connections, WISER empowers its members to achieve career milestones, win new business, and lead with confidence.
